What kind of app is LIFLO?
LIFLO is a personal app for leaving short records of your goals and enjoying those records as flower growth. It combines daily reflection, short replies from LIFLO, and a collection of flowers and bottles.
What do I record?
You record the goal you want to grow, what you tried that day, what felt difficult, what went well, and the reason you felt that way. The experience is designed to stay light enough to continue.
Is it a game or a goal app?
It has both elements. Instead of managing goals in a rigid way, LIFLO uses a flower-growing experience to make daily records easier to leave.
How do flowers grow?
Flowers grow as you work on a goal and continue recording. Goals that are nurtured carefully can lead to special flowers and moments.
What does saving a flower in a bottle mean?
It is a way to keep a completed or continued goal as a flower and bottle in your gallery. You can look back on your own collection later.

Free and Plus
Can I use LIFLO for free?
Yes. Free lets you grow one seed and record up to 10 times per month. You can view the LIFLO Map for a single record, review recent records, and enjoy basic flowers and decorations.
How much is Plus?
Plus is $3 per month, with a 6-month plan at $12. The 6-month plan is $2/month and saves $6 compared with monthly billing. Store prices may vary by region.
What opens with Plus?
Plus expands to 12 seeds, 60 records per month, and 5 new seeds per month. You can review each goal's LIFLO Map from the full history, use more map controls, and enjoy expanded flower and bottle items.

What do LIFLO replies do?
LIFLO replies use today's record to help organize what went well, what felt difficult, and what small step may be easier to try next. In the app, they are presented as short, easy-to-receive replies.
Does LIFLO use AI?
Yes. LIFLO replies use AI assistance. The app does not put AI itself at the center; it treats the reply as support for sorting the record and continuing more easily.
Is it a diagnostic app?
No. LIFLO is not intended for medical diagnosis or treatment. AI output is only support for self-understanding and thinking about next actions, and it does not guarantee outcomes.

Will my records be used for research?
Normal personal use does not assume research use. If research use is ever conducted, it would require a separate explanation and consent process.
Can I use LIFLO for medical or mental health consultation?
LIFLO is not a substitute for medical consultation, diagnosis, or treatment. If you have serious distress or urgent concerns, consult an appropriate professional or someone you trust.
